Well My energy levels have increased, I’m conscious what I eat now trying to cut back on carbs looking towards more protein based foods. I think C8 MCT oil has helped me to not want much food!

I've purchased this product a lot, and have had little problems. So much so that I would have rated it the full 5 stars, however a couple of the sachets this time were unsatisfactory. The defective sachets in question had an almost battery acid-like taste to them, rather than what I was expecting, would not dissolve in the water, and had a hard consistency that remained when pouring the water out. Only a couple of sachets have been like this, but that is why it's 4 stars not 5 on this occasion. Usually the product is great!
My interest in ketosis has varied over the years. Many years ago, I bought great MCT from a new start-up and thought it was great. Now, I'm back and not only is the quality of the MCT oil superb, but the advice and service offered is as good as ever. Brilliant stuff and great customer service.
Great creamer in coffee - ideal for black coffee drinkers, makes wonderful frothy coffee with a mini whisk. A great way to get more fibre.
It does great things that helps to avoid the extremes of PEM, for me it doesn’t avoid the fatigue or the recovery time after an exertion but it definitely helps with that feeling of being poisoned + flu + 500 cars running you over. It improves quality of life, I have been using regular dosages for light activity and two tablets when the event may require more of my energy. Might need to swap to a larger amount to have more consistency but I just wish it was a tad cheaper :(

I have been using these electrolytes for a while now and find they prevent me from waking in the early hours and having to jump out of bed to stretch out cramps. If I forget to use them, cramps ensue.
