How to Use Pure MCT Oil
Ketosource Pure MCT has no taste or odour so it is very versatile and can be used in anyone's diet. It can be used to boost your ketones in the following ways:- Added to zero-calorie drinks like water, black coffee, or plain tea
- Taken directly via a spoon
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
For optimum results you should use this product as follows:- Start with one teaspoon (5ml) as your dose.
- Take a dose 1.5 hours before each of your meals.
- Take each dose without carbs, sugars, or other calories (e.g. butter). For example, you can add each dose to a zero-calorie drink like water, black coffee, or plain tea.
- Increase your dose by one teaspoon (5ml) each week until you reach a dose of four teaspoons (20ml). Only increase your dose if your stomach feels okay.
- Continue with four teaspoons per dose until you reach your fat loss goal.
